The volume comprises: copies of two letters written by Henderson to William H. Ifould, 1929; typescript list of admiralty charts, etc. for the Pacific Ocean, Australia and New Zealand; photostat list of the Henderson Papers held at the Mitchell Library. In his letters, written from London, Henderson refers to documents he has identified pertaining to the maritime history of Australia and the South Pacific, and the possible copying of such documents. The maps and charts listed by Henderson are held in the Hydrographic Department Archives, Cornwell House, London. Listed by Lawsons as Lot no. 1063 and sold by auction on 20 October 1993. From the collection of Lt Comdr Geoffrey C. Ingleton.
